We at Artisan Glory offer you the best quality handmade products especially handpicked for you from all over the world thus request you to activate returns within 24 hours of delivery. In case you need to return a product which has a major defect in material, incorrect product, the delivery of the same product but with other color option, then drop us a mail on email@example.com along with your order number in the subject line and we will take care of the rest.
Returns and Exchange:
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).
- The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
- You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to the products and subject to other rules and conditions mentioned in this portal and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available at the listed items are governed by the third party seller registered in this portal and any return or exchange of items would be on the terms and conditions of third party seller and directly to their warehouse.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. The transportation charges while returning the product will be borne by the customer.
- The customer should click the pictures of the damaged package and the damaged items as soon as they receive the product. If the packaging is damaged and no pictures were clicked before opening the package, then the product will not be returned and Artisan Glory is not liable for it. The customer needs to be careful while receiving the product and click its damaged pictures ASAP as proof, without this proof the company will not believe that the product was already damaged when it came to the customer.
